Because Chandler Allan Arts is a solo studio and the artist maintains a full-time professional schedule outside of the workshop, orders typically ship within 7–10 business days of purchase. These lead times ensure each item receives the dedicated attention to detail it deserves. We appreciate your patience and support of independent artistry.

Shipping & Delivery Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your specific delivery location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Carrier Responsibility While we ensure every package is securely prepared for transit, Chandler Allan Arts is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed off for delivery.
